New Year, New Look

Happy New Year, Everyone!

I'm not so keen on my new hair color, but I love the look of my new webpage.

Jane was brave enough to ask folks what they thought of Dear Author's new look. She made the change so Dear Author would load faster. I just wanted my site to look prettier.

Though I know it's going to be a bit of slow load for folks on dial-up, I'm still going to follow Jane's shining example, and do likewise.

What do you think?

Loads quickly for me, but I'm live in the 21st century where broadband is a minimum ;)

It's beautiful, really. Excellent job.

Oooh, I like it, and I live where "DSL" just means "slightly faster dialup".

I love the graphic!

Though I didn't figure you for the kind of girl who'd put a heart on your "i". :-)

Hi Carrie, December, and Sherry. Thanks!

"Though I didn't figure you for the kind of girl who'd put a heart on your 'i'."

Sherry,
Does something still count as ironic if you do it all the time? I'm beginning to think it doesn't. After all, a hipster with a neo-mullet 'do from the Vidal Sassoon Academy is still just a dumbass with a bad haircut. Which makes me the type of gal who dots her i's with hearts. Aw, crap.

I like it. Loads quickly for me. The link to Ember from the Freebie page is broken though.

I think you got an unfair share out of the talent basket when we were all standing in line.

Srsly - it's lovely. I like the way your blog and website are sort of mirror images - you know, black for the website; white for the blog. Nice touch.
